Notice is hereby given that the Saskatchewan Rugby Union Inc. Semi Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday October 23rd, 2022 at 11am for the following purposes:

1. To approve the 2023 Membership Fees
2. To approve amendments and additions to the Bylaws
3. To hold elections for the Board of Directors (Role and Responsibilities)

President – 2 year term

VP Finance – 1 year term (vacancy)

VP Women – 2 year term

VP Junior – 2 year term

VP Men – 1 year term (vacancy)

VP Coaching – 2 year term

VP Minor – 1 year term (vacancy)

Nominations need to be submitted on the Nomination form. The deadline to submit nominations is Oct 14, 2022.

The location will be in room 140 at the Administration Center for Sport Culture and Recreation located at 510 Cynthia Street in Saskatoon.

By Order of the Board of Directors.

$100 fine will be applied to each voting member that does not have a representative.
